I am very sorry to hear that you are having disconnections with crashing on both Ps4 and Xbox.

For Xbox, would you be willing to tell me which generation of Xbox you are playing on?

And, for the PS4, would you be willing to check out this guide and see if it helps restore the crashing and disconnections for you at all?

This isn't the case at all.

Since the release of the new generation of consoles, should there ever be issues, we have troubleshooting steps for both the previous generation Xbox Ones and the current Series X / S consoles, so it's important to us to know which particular model it is you're using.

Likewise, should this be a matter that requires passing onto the team or further monitoring, we know if it's impacting more of on console group than another.

There are no such plans to phase out the last generation of consoles and the current / future seasons are not designed with this in mind.

Thank you for providing this new information, though I am very sorry to hear that the issue persists even when you upgraded your Xbox. When you get kicked from the match, is it returning you to the menu, or completely returning you to your Xbox dashboard? Also, can you please let me know what NAT type you have and if this happens in every mode?
