Anyone knows how to fix this? It started a few days ago, sometimes a place in the map just gets distorted with this polygons. I already tried to check files integrity on Steam and still persists. https://ibb.co/rtB9T7d https://uploaddeimagens.com.br/imagens/tgn3zqg

Hello, we can help with this!

I have some questions to help us investigate -

- Do you happen to know the model of your monitor?
- Are you able to list your hardware components?

Some steps to try -

- Make sure your game and Uplay is trusted with your anti-virus software
- Try disabling background applications: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000025721/
- Update your video drivers -

- AMD: https://support.ubisoft.com/Faqs/000036734/
- Nvidia: https://support.ubisoft.com/faqs/000025720/

I hope that helps!

Intel® HD Graphics 520
15.6" LED Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9
8 GB DDR4
1 TB HD (5400 RPM)

I already reinstalled the game and I tried all the steps but none of them solved the issue. I play other games and this only happens on R6 - Siege.

Hey there Shifterdome,

Thanks for sharing your specs.

After doing a little research and comparison of your Intel graphics vs our suggested minimum specs, it seems you may be falling a little short.

As you're also using a Notebook, we can't full support your setup, however we'll still try and see if we can improve this.

Have you checked your Power settings and are you always playing while connected to the mains / while charging? Just to ensure your Notebook isn't trying to run in a Power Saving mode at the cost of your graphics.

Thank you!

Thanks for confirming that Shifterdome,

May I ask what Display settings you're currently using and if you've tried to lower them, or even set them to their all round lowest options for testing purposes to see if this improves performance at all?

Hey Shifterdome,

Thanks for reaching out to us and bringing this up.

Just for testing purposes, can I ask you to try turning on your Ambient Occlusion in in-game settings, and if this issue occurs again, to try turning it off and see if distorted textures remain?

I am afraid I believe this is down to your system not meeting the minimum requirements that the game needs in order to be able to run.

The last thing I can advise to do is to try running the game following a clean boot, this is purely to ensure there is nothing in the background taking valuable resource
