I bought the game a little while ago, but unfortunately, I can't enjoy it due to this problem. I even changed the HD thinking this was the problem, I already reinstalled everything, and nothing, after 2 starts, the third one starts the nightmare. Is there a way to fix this?

Apologies for the delay.

Just to be clear - are you having to launch the game three times to be able to play?

May we please know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?

And have you given the further steps in our guide here a try too?
