Hello, I lost my gmail account and I can't verify my ubisoft account to be able to play ranked matches. I'm from Europe, Romania and I can't figure out when I can access the live chat. Please tell me what you think I can do to change my email address or when I can access the live chat. Thanksssss:
Hi @Smara_ I am sorry to hear about this issue, especially when looking forward to playing a few ranked matches! Information on the current chat hours should be found here. I would also recommend checking out the available case options listed here for account recovery, as oftentimes the chat hours will be displayed when you go to make your case (near the bottom of the screen).
