I have literlly tried everything ive restarted my game, my client, my steam client everytime i try to buy some credits it say´s "Sorry, it looks like you have tried to buy it more then ones. Please try it in a few seconds again" i tried buying it trough the Ubisoft store also didnt work. I think the problem is that my steam account is based in turkey but my ubisoft is based in austria (i wanna buy it with lira cause i have some on my steam account). Can someone please help me to fix it its really [censored] anoying.

I'm sorry that you were having trouble purchasing credits. Were you attempting to make this purchase through the Ubisoft Connect client, or through the Store website? If on the website, you can try our browser troubleshooting steps here. If you were having this issue with the client, I'd suggest clearing the cache and trying again.

Please note that if you make too many purchase attempts in a small amount of time, you will be unable to make any other purchases as a preventative measure against fraudulent charges that could be happening to your account. In this case, we just recommend waiting a full 24-48 hours without making any other purchase attempts.

If after that time, you still aren't able to purchase anything, you'll want to go ahead and create a support ticket so our team can look into what is blocking your purchase from going through.

Hey there @ImAkyy! Generally when it comes to payments for any of our services, you're going to be limited to whatever currency matches the region you're physically in. Trying to use anything else should result in an error message.
