Hello! Two problems which make the game so frustrating for me.
PROBLEM1: The same old problem with Uplay - Failed to synchronize achievements. I get this every time when i exit from the game and also when i start uplay i need to login, and to type the secred code from my mail, and add my pc as a trusted device again and again. Even that i start the uplay as a administrator i still have this problem. The firewall is OFF, not using VPN and have good internet connection. I am tired of login every single time when i want to play this game.

PROBLEM2: Missing voice name indicator when someone speaks in the game. I mean that indicator in the right site, which showing the name of player who speaking. I hear my teammates, they hear me but i don't see the voice name icon and i don't know who speaking. I checked in the UI settings and this option it's ON. Everything looks normal in the settings, but i don't see the voice chat indicator when somebody speaks. If i press TAB i can see who speaking but i can't press TAB everytime to understand who talking in the exactly moment. Also very important! If i playing with friends in loby, and they speaking in game chat i can see the voice indicator name. But if i am solo q, i don't see that. I Reinstalled the game already and still have this issue. Please help me , because this is really bad. Thank you

I am sorry to hear you experience two issues and understand this can be a frustrating experience.
We previously received reports from other players regarding the indicator for voice chat but it is marked as resolved, therefore could you please make sure your game is fully updated?

Speaking about "Failed to synchronize achievements" error, I can see you've already performed some basic troubleshooting steps. Please also try  verifying your files as a first step.

If the issue continues, you can give the following steps a try:

  1. Open Ubisoft Connect as an administrator, then go to settings.
  2. Untick "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games"
  3. Make a backup of your save games
  4. Remove the save file from the original folder
  5. Launch game and play until the game autosaves or you manually save
  6. Quit the game, enable cloud saves, and launch the game once more
  7. Select local save when prompted

Hey folks!

In order to report the issue with the voice chat indicator, could you please record a video showing the issue? You can then upload that video to a host of your choice and link it in the thread here. 😊

@Miko251 As for your issue with the missing local save file, this would be the likely cause for the game not being able to synchronize. Have you made sure to launch Siege as an Administrator? Maybe that could be the reason a local save wasn't created correctly.

First of all, I'm glad to hear that verifying the files was able to resolve your issue with syncing the achievements! Fingers crossed it'll remain like it should. Should the issue arise again, feel free to let us know!

As for the voice chat issue, I've passed it on to our developers for further investigation. Please be sure to keep the video available for a while, so that our developers can access it as well. Thank you for your help with this issue! While I don't have any other information on this investigation at the minute, we greatly appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
