[2020] can't download Rainbox Six Siege on ps5

but after a reset of the PS5 and checking the licenses on my profile the download started!

I have tried looking into this for you. We don't appear to have any game-specific installation issues for PS5, however the error itself seems to be quite general.

My first recommendation would be to contact PlayStation Support, or check their guides for this error.

Some ideas of my own that I would like to add -

- Double check to make sure you have enough hard drive space
- External hard drives are not yet supported. If you're attempting to install to one, this could explain the error
