Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear you're having issues finding a match.

Do you have any connection errors or messages at all?

Or is it just a long wait when queuing for a game?

If the latter, may we please know what modes this happens with? As well as the data centre you're connected to and time you're playing?

@DblM1337 In that case, I recommend running through both our technical and connectivity troubleshooting FAQs which should resolve the widest range of issues, and then if your game's still taking forever to find a match, please let us know!

For the purpose of our investigation, I invite you to provide us with the following information :

👉 Type of Internet connection used (Wi-Fi, wired, mobile hotspot)

👉 Type of network used (home/work/school), as school (student residences for example) / work networks can encounter restrictions / filtering

This will help isolate the Issue, in order to determine the best possible solutions.

In this case, please make sure to try forwarding the following ports, and then let us know if you're still running into matching issues;

TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 3074​, 6150, 10000-10099

Sadly I can't provide steps for how to do port forwarding since the process will vary depending on your Internet Service Provider/what router you have, however if you reach out to your Internet Service Provider, they will be able to provide steps for how to port forward, and in some cases, they will be able to forward those ports for you!
