I am currently having an issue with ubisoft club rewards. I completed 2 challenges to receive charms a while back (Indian Peafowl, Glittered Hibiscus) and it also showed in ubisoft clubs that I completed it but I did not receive the charms in my inventory. I have the same issue with the major charm which i also didn't receive even though i watched 30+ hours

Would it be possible to provide a screenshot showing you meet the requirements for these?
