I’ve come to the Ubisoft forums as PlayStation aren’t doing anything about this issue and it’s very difficult to contact them. Rainbow Six was meant to have become available for PS Plus Extra and Premium members on 15th Nov but apparently is only available to stream. It shows up in the catalogue with all the other downloadable PS+ games but it just says that I have to upgrade my subscription to be able to merely stream it, not download it. I hope someone has information about this as it has been advertised as one of the biggest games coming to the service this month yet is so far unplayable. I’ve seen lots of people on Twitter and Reddit have the same issue but no acknowledgement from PlayStation. I’m not even sure they are aware.

Heya @white_n99!

Would you happen to have accessed a free trial for Siege at any point on PlayStation? If so, you'll need to contact PlayStation support so that they can fix your account templates/permissions.

Then if they're unable to resolve the issue on their own, please make sure to let us know!
