R6 directx mode is opening on correct monitor but not in vulkan mode. I cant change display settings from game because there is in just wrong monıtor. I need help.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that the game is opening on the wrong monitor. When the game opens can you please hold down the Windows Key and press the arrow button to the right or left (dependant on where the other monitor is) to move the game to the correct monitor. Then close the game and relaunch it and see if it is now on the correct monitor.
