Me and my friends recently just played two ranked games and none of use recieved and ranked points for either game. Were very upset because we tried very hard for those wins and if we got points like we were supposed to my friend would be champ and I would be plat 1. Just feels like a huge waste of time

It is sometimes the case that MMR doesn't update until after the game has been reset. If it's still missing for you after doing so can you let me know when these matches took place(Date, time and time zone) so we can look into this for you please? Thanks.
