This is a official complaint

I have emailed and contacted your sopport group
Nurmras of times regarding my missing content
On the game RAINBOW6 SIGIE.
I have sent your sopport group so many pictures
Of evidence,
Evidence such as pictures before and after.
Video evidence of having them and using them
In the yrs they have been out and all the psn resets of perches of rainbow credits that I obtained to unlock them separately..
To witch I get the response ( show bundle perches resats)
To witch As I have kept repeating saying i
Perches rainbow credits to obtain them separately in the 4 years of having the game.
I have contacted consumers rights for help
And have been asked to write the official complaint letter to you and to ask you to respond within 14 days regarding my missing content and are you a member of or willing to use the ADR skeem?
I have copies of this letter and I would like to have my content back as this is a breach of contract

List of missing content is below
Defenders : frost valkyrie, caverra, echo, alibi
Attackers: buck, blackbeard, capitao, habana

Sorry to hear about your missing content. I looked into your support case and can see you were asked yesterday for some images related to your Year 1 Season Pass. We need these to verify it was bought on your account.
