[2021] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]Unranked Match stuck at Round 5

Hey Pad_Trick, thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention.

We've had maintenance yesterday, which may have been the reason this has occurred.

May I just double-check whether this has only happened once or is it something you've experienced on multiple instances?

It was ~11PM CET. the maintenance i know are all a few hours earlier and i updated this day, after a maintenance.
10 Player where trapped over 1 hour in that state. no option to apandon match or anything. just rejoin the froozen match/server.
after over 1 hour waiting, i had enough and went to sleep, the next day i tried r6 it was working normal.

Im able to play again, but the server are still not stable, like at the start of the last season. just errors everywhere.
since season launch, all servers are affected by some sort of error.
matches freeze, u get kicked to mainmenu, cant reconnect on 1st attemp (error message) 2nd attemp works, but to late to play that round.
even training grounds has since launch of this season many problems.
game 1. bomb defuse. 1 of 2 bombs didnt spawned. game 2. defend hostage, 3 of 8 enemys havent spawned.

Thank you for your update and sorry to hear that you continue to experience a number of issues

Since this has started for you since the update I would suggest to try verifying your game files, this has worked for others and so is definitely a good starting point for troubleshooting

Sorry to hear about the issues you have faced since the update Pad.Trick, it sounds as though there are some issues with the game synching to the servers properly, causing enemies not to spawn and bombs too.

Could you tell us what data server you are connected to on PC and have you tried connecting to any other data servers to see if this affects you when connected to different regions?

At the moment our current server locations for Siege are -

- east us, central us, southcentral us, west us, brazil south
- north europe, west europe
- south africa north
- east asia, south east asia, japan west
- australia east, australia south east
