I've got the game on Uplay itself so the steam solution is no help. Ran the validation a million times , redownloaded, restarted multiple times even got my hdd running a defragment process just in case. Updated nvidia drivers and made sure no conflicting software is running in the background. Ideas ?

Great! What are your PC specs like? I would like to assume you at least meet the minimum requirements for Siege. Did you do a clean installation of your NVIDIA drivers?

You might be able to run the game, however, we do not officially support laptops.

Can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation?
