Matchmaking in terms of rank goes by the location you are in and how many people play the game in that location.

If you believe you are coming across cheaters or DDoS hackers, the game will rollback the MMR you would have received for that match. Unfortunately we are unable to add or remove MMR manually, as it is handled by the game.

When it comes to matchmaking and MMR the Player Support area isnt able to help players with these issues if they are intended by the game but we understand your frustration.

The best thing I could suggest would be posting about your concerns in this section of the forum here, so it is checked by the community managers and devs - https://forums.ubisoft.com/forumdisp.../1079-Feedback
