[2022] false banned

i was false banned like 2 weeks ago and ubisoft support was no help at all literally just told me dont use automated software. context i was playing roblox and had an autoclicker open and then my friend came back and we were gonna play r6s so i close roblox but i forget to close the auto clicker and i launch rainbow six siege and when i launch the game im banned i have no clue what i got banned for ive lauched escape from tarkov multiple times with an autoclicker by accident never got banned (they both use battle eye)
