I've completed two daily challenges(the ones that are similar to "play one training grounds as SAS") and when they complete in the renown gain section is just shows challenges in red with a 0 renown next to it.....any idea why that's happening?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, this is actually an issue that the Rainbow Six Siege team are looking into.
The information we have states that you still receive the renown and this is only a visual issue.
We will get this resolved!
