So y'all are just going to keep closing my support cases? After several support requests for you banning me from cheating even though I never have, you people form ubisoft support just decide to keep closing my case. What the hell. First, y'all ban a ****ty silver with a 0.70 ish K/D for cheating with no ******* proof (note: I only have about 100 hours and u can check my stats via NAVI_s0mple), then you give me a bs reason saying that you can't unban me cuz "you broke our code of conduct and we are strict on that", and now you just close my cases. It's already bad enough that you falsely accused me of cheating, but now you just ignore what happened.

I am still awaiting responses and justice for my false ban.

For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels privately, where we can verify your account, as we can not do this over our Forums.

You may be able to appeal your permanent ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can, as you can only have the opportunity to appeal this ban once.

We do not have to go into further details of your ban, other than to investigate the case has been handled correctly and what you were banned for.
