its a long time i have this issue but didnt take it seriously ! now im doing actions , doing everything to fix it , im a comp player so i cant limit my frames,higher graphical settings or etc cuz they make some kind of an input delay ! im on i7 9700k and optimized my BIOS even to make it better , it helped a bit but still this prob is killin me . i reseted my windows to factory and now am downloading the game again cuz maybe the backup i got has probs but i know its not from that ! i tried everything ! makin an ultimate power option or whatever u say , this game is drivin me crazy . its 2021 ubisoft and a lot of people r havin these kind of problems with this game ! but sadly iv got a friend which has a cpu not as powerful as mine (think its i5 low gen) and hes game aint micro stuttering at all ! or maybe he doesnt realize it lmao but whatever bruh pls work harder on this , a lot of people have been leavin this game when this problem started happening and im playin this game for 5 years and hate to see this on my screen while i have a 240hz.. its 2080super OC /motherboard prime z390-p / ddr4 16gb ram and im also running the game on my SSD and optimized it either , the temps of cpu is 70 at their worse mode and gpu on 60 or 70 normally ! i did everything and im making sure it aint my hardware or software , its the game ! i want UBI to take it serious ! it aint just me and a lot of people r lazing enough to not bother postin a ticket ( old me for example) but i just cant wait for u to do somethin anymore , i must come and tell u myself i guess .............

could try hwmonitor which is free, whilst playing r6s see what that says .... also msi afterburner & other programs like that causes problem with r6s

As mentioned by B_SoF above these issues are often caused by an external program so just to rule that out please perform a clean boot first of all and if the issues persist please get back to us. Thanks.
