The game (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six siege) has been working perfectly for around eight months when all of a sudden it comes up with a prompt: do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" When i click yes the game begins to launch but gets stuck on the lanching screen (the little window that pops up with a grey bar beneath it) infinitely. I have tried uninstalling uplay and then reinstalling but this seems this is only a temporary fix as when i come back to the game the same problem persists. I have also tried running Uplay as administrator and in compatability with windows 8. Both solutions not working. I also reinstalled the entire game for the problem to only happen again. I cannot find any other solutions online that i have not already tried. I have a perfectly capable pc to run the game and all of my drivers are up to date.
