Hello,
It's been a while since I've received a gift from my friend for battlepass in R6S(Rainbow Six Siege).
I've received it, can buy stuffs with discount and all but, at that time I was around BP level 40 or something like that and already spent my stars(tokens) on the rewards.
My issue is, now I can't receive the rewards because I already spent my stars(tokens) and they look like they are unlocked and can wear, spend, use from the inventory but non are in there.

I'm level 80 and still nothing. Even opened a ticket 2 weeks ago and no replies from there.
Anyone else is facing the same errors?

Even though I click wear, it shows as it does but in-game, it doesn't.

Hey everyone! Sorry to hear that you've had issues after receiving the Premium Battle Pass.

We're aware of this issue and currently investigating.

In the meantime, please contact our Support Team with Screenshots that validate, that you own the premium track and which sections of the Battle Pass you have already unlocked. Based on this, we can then investigate further for you.

We're experiencing higher than usual contact volumes across our Support Channels, so please be patient and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

In the meantime though, a fix for this issue has been pushed so hopefully they've since received access to their Battle Pass now!
