I am not receiving emails ip trying to reset the password for my account "vReeno_" im using a different account to send this because i cant log in to my main account please email [Removed by moderation team] for a password reset

I have edited your message to hide your email address just for safety reasons.

If you are not receiving password reset emails it could be that the email address linked to your Ubisoft Account is an older email address you used in the past.

Alternatively, there could be a temporary 1 hour lockout on your account, for requesting too many password resets.

In order to find this out for you, please get in touch with us privately, through one of these links and let us know your Ubisoft username as well as any linked accounts, or any current or older email addresses you may have used and we will do our best to investigate this for you -
