I was playing siege and went into a ranked game after winning and receiving my plat 3 and the server was bugged/glitched. The whole menu picking operators was grey and it said both sides were in the attacking sides and each teams rounds were split 10-10. When the countdown ended it booted us all off the server and gave me an error code in Ps5. I want my elo back over something Siege has problems with and there servers.

We have no facilities to amend any players MMR or Rank I'm afraid.
Additionally, we have no current ongoing server degradation or issues.
Please could you complete the steps in our connectivity guide and let us know if you have this issue again in future?
