I see that your stats for R6S aren't updating within the Ubisoft Connect client. This is currently under investigation by our dedicated team. As for the inability to download the game due to the error code, I can see you've created a support case, which has been escalated for further investigation. As soon as my colleagues have more information for you, they will get back to you on your support case
