I keep getting this error while trying to install R6 Siege. It's been going on for 3 days now and i cant seem to fix it. pls help

I see that your stats for R6S aren't updating within the Ubisoft Connect client. This is currently under investigation by our dedicated team. As for the inability to download the game due to the error code, I can see you've created a support case, which has been escalated for further investigation. As soon as my colleagues have more information for you, they will get back to you on your support case 😊
