I am unsure of what this issue would be classified as, so I apologise for the inconvenience if it poses one. However, I am wondering about missing games that aren't being counted towards my ELO count. It's like these games have been totally voided as they were happening in real time. I am unsure if the other players gained the win/ELO as they weren't my friends, but I emassed 3 games of totally missing games that I am willing to try and prove that they happened. Whether that may be an external program such as R6 Tracker, or any others. I do no record my games on my DDR. I am very confused as every time I have won, it gave me a "Synchronizing Game Data, Please Wait." And as I waited out my squad return to menu or keep playing as team, no elo was gained, nor was a win awarded. Please, help me resolve this issue as I am playing with my friends and I'm getting ELO ***NOW*** yet, these games aren't accounted for. My ELO count was 2749 as a Silver II, and now I'm Gold III with the resolved issue after my squad mates joined. What I wanna know is, why did my ELO not count solo-queue, yet it counts as a squad? Are these games just voided now? Nothing I can do about it? Well, that is just unfair and 3 hours wasted.

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about your missing MMR.

Just to double check, have you possibly been stuck on 'Please wait, sunchronizing data' after match?

If this is the case indeed, to help our investigation could you confirm the following:

- Does this happen all the time? Or just after a maintenance for example?
- Could you please confirm when you encountered the issue? A exact time would be very helpful.

Hi everyone,

Sorry to hear that you are all experiencing this issue. There is 2 issues that we are aware of in regard to MMR not being displayed. One is a visual bug that has been resolved.

However, there is an ongoing issue where you receive a Data Sync message and do not get the MMR. This is under investigation at the moment, I am afraid we do not have a time frame to share for when it will be resolved though.

I completely understand that this is frustrating, rest assured the Siege team is working to get this sorted unfortunately it is taking longer than expected.

Hi everyone,

Just to clarify as some of you recently asked, as Ubi-Viral said earlier we were investigating two issues relating to this.

One of the issues were players receiving a 'Please wait synchronizing data' message that would not give out renown to players in the Lone Wolf Training Grounds missions but this has since reportedly been fixed after the Neon Dawn update, any instances where players may have received this message is only visual and we can track both your MMR and renown on your account if you need to enquire about this through a support ticket on our website.

The other instance of this is where a player receives no MMR after playing a ranked or casual match, and received the same message this has also been under investigation, we did have a pinned thread about this topic but only a handful of players added their experience to it, whereas more players were affected by the Training Grounds / T Hunt matches.

If you believe you have not received MMR for this please get in touch with us through this link, where we can verify your account quicker and give exact details of what you gained from your last few matches and how much MMR or renown you gained as we are not supposed to give any information or stats out publicly to players on the forums as this can be classed as 'identificable information', so for this reason it is best to ask about your in game stats privately through this channel - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Cases/New
