Tried ranked, gave up after waiting 20 minutes. Now I'm trying to get a casual match and it's been 15 minutes.
Guess the game is dead

@mandalorianguy Hey! Thank you for your reply and thank you for the video, this is most useful. I did link some troubleshooting to try above, did you do this?

I understand that you feel this is server-side but in order to determine this we do ask that you try those steps so we can rule out your connection being a contributing factor.

We will certainly pass on your suggestions about adding a player count or removing the estimated wait time.

Can you expand what you mean about the typing issues on mobile as this is not something I have come across personally and would like to report it.

Hey there.

We don't know whether yourself or anyone else has already tried this which is why this is typically one of the first things we request with any connection issue so we can rule out first of all the possibility that this could be a local issue, we're not saying it is but we have to confirm this with you first.

@unproven_ I do apologize for the frustration this is causing, and I appreciate the information that this only seems to happen during a specific time of day. However, we still need to confirm that the steps above have been done before we can move on. Would you grab a screenshot of your ports and submit them over a ticket on our support site?
