Title pretty much explains it, but after updating for the new season I haven't received any of the battle pass rewards tiers even though I'm level 21 and I haven't got the bonus uniforms/headgear for the pass either.
The only thing that has unlocked for me is Azami.

@falkonboi Hey there! I am sorry to hear you are missing your Bravo Pack. Where did you purchase the year pass that it mentioned a Bravo Pack? Also, please check out this article about the contents of the Year 7 pass and let me know if you are missing anything from the items stated.

Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for content to be delivered digitally, to your game and account, after purchase or redemption. If you have waited a full 48 hours and you do not have that item in-game, please get in touch with us over a private support ticket as we will need to check your accounts.
