Good Day,

I have submitted 27 bug reports on R6Fix. Out of the 27 bugs reported, 5 have been "legit" bugs with 2 being fixed, 2 remaining acknowledged, and 1 remaining confirmed. I never received my Frost Raptor Leg charm so I submitted a support case with Ubisoft Support. They replied, "[the] Raptor Legs [charms] are handled separately from us."

Is there anything else I need to do to get the bug hunter charm? Or is someone at Ubi being unreasonable or difficult? Who do I reach out to about this?

Hello @llamasaurus thank you for getting in touch.

When it comes to missing content in the game or charms, we are only usually able to investigate this content if you contact us, within a certain time frame.

We can only look into this for Seasons that are either the current season or the previous season.

This charm was given to players for creating/contributing to a bug report on our R6Fix website, this began on the 25th April 2019 until further notice.

However, his charm is added to the player's account from the Dev team directly, and not by Ubisoft Support, so we are unable to add this content ourselves, as Ubisoft Support regrettably, but your case has been acknowledged by the Siege team.
