I'm honestly so fed up of this, I've tried all fixes out there but it consistently happens on each session, whether it be 5 minutes in or, an hour in, it happens. The amount of times I have checked the integrity of the game files because this is apparently one of the only fixes, and to no avail, it continues to crash. If there is any solution that may work, please try and help me out, it would be very welly appreciated by myself and a few friends. This has definitely ruined the game for me, I must've played daily for months but now maybe once a week I try playing.

So sorry to hear that your game keeps crashing. Thank you for the steps that you have already tried. There are some additional steps in our PC Troubleshooting guide I would recommend checking out.

If the issue continues, please Create a Support Ticket and include your system files so we can investigate further.

I reviewed your support cases and I can see you have a large history of troubleshooting steps that you have tried.

At this moment in time I believe it is best to focus on the discussion you are having in support case 12708611, as there is a large history of steps and agents can follow up from that. We are unable to offer support as personalised here on the forums, as it is more difficult to review the files we need to request.

If the most recent suggested steps don't work, the support agent will likely then escalate your case to the Rainbow Six Siege team who will review it further.

Completely understand, all support staff are trained on games however there are cases where we need to escalate to a specific game team.
