Both a friend I play with and I have been experiencing this bug. Same with many users on reddit (this link also has a screenshot showing what I'm talking about)

After completing a challenge, it will show "Challenges" on the bonus screen; but the points gained from them will be '0'.
This has happened for every challenge since the update.
