Hello,

I am currently experiencing problems during R6 gameplay. I will consistently get situations where I would be looking or aim in one direction and all of a sudden I would be looking at the roof, on the floor, even sometimes behind me. It can get disorienting at times and not fun to constantly have the issue in the back of my mind during the intense gameplay. These are my initial troubleshooting that I have done:

  • This occurred after the Y5S3.1 update.
  • I consistently average low to high 20's ping (not a connection issue).
  • This phenomenon only happens in R6, I've tested with other games and do not experience any problems (not the mouse issue).
  • Restarted my computer.
  • I thought my Logitech 502 drivers were bad, but I have reinstalled the drivers for the device multiple times.
  • I've verified the files through the Uplay launcher.
  • I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Please advise on how I can address this problem, I am currently out of ideas.

Thanks in advance!

Hey ohDANGit,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue.

It is great to hear you have tried many troubleshooting steps already, it is however a shame that these have not worked.

Do you happen to have another mouse you could possible try for testing purposes?

Yes I have tried with another mouse and still experience the same problem.
Thank you for trying another mouse.

Can I just check that the alternative mouse is not a logitech one?

Would it also be possible to advise what your system specification is?

Hey there ohDANGit,

Thanks for confirming your specs!

Can you also confirm if you run the game in Fullscreen or Windowed?

And are these the same settings you have on the other titles you tested?

Would you be able to record one of your games and provide a link to it please and just pinpoint the timestamps where you notice this happen?
