Hey @qweak17 ,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Have you changed the DataCentreHint=default line second off the bottom of the .ini file to DataCentreHint=playfab/westeurope?

We have a guide which demonstrates this here.

If so, please also check the .ini file is a Read-Only (Right Click > Properties > Read Only).

Let us know how you get on, thank you!

@qweak17 Thanks for giving this a try.

Would you happen to be accessing the game through a proxy, or using a VPN at all? This can sometimes affect the data centre you're connected to.

Hello everyone thanks for posting about your issues connecting to the West Europe servers.

At the moment we have not had any reports of issues which would cause you not to be able to connect to the Western servers

Can you let us know the following so we can forward this to our Siege team if needed >>

  • What ISP do you use?
  • Are you connected to a Playfab or Amazon Gamelift server by default?
  • Are you able to send us a link of your gamesettings.ini file for us to check?

Hello @tsuky1 thanks for this update, thanks for letting me know your region and ISP.

We have had some reports of incorrect data centres being selected, but this was for Austrailia and UAE most recently.

I'd like to follow your case but I can not see any cases recorded for your Tsuky1 account that mentions data centre issues. Did you contact our Twitter support using a different name, and did not give us your Tsuky1 username? As this is why I may be unable to locate your Tweet or DM.

I also mentioned your issue to our Siege QA team, they asked have you ever played the game on the same PC, but using a different Steam or Ubisoft Account? If this was true, you may have various gamesettings.ini files stored on your computer. The QA team wanted to clarify this with you and check?
