Been playing the game flawlessly for quite some time but now I can't seem to connect to the servers, already lost 2 games of ranked and abandoned 1 ranked game due to the constant disconnecting issue, I thought it was just a few server crashes from here and there, now I can't seem to enter the game itself and my operators reverted back to their default outfits.

Started happening on July 11, 2020.
It would connect me for a couple of seconds then disconnects me thereafter.

I tried all the troubleshooting steps and read through connectivity issues threads to no avail.
Hope someone could help.

If you've completed all steps of the troubleshooting to no avail if I can ask you to submit any images you can provide showing the port forward configuration you set up during that troubleshooting to us on a support case. Hey! Yes, I can certainly try to help you with this.

One of the steps listed is port forwarding, and it gives you the port numbers that you need. If you click on "FORWARD PORTS" in the article above, it will refer you to another support article that helps explain what port forwarding is and how it works.

You can think of ports as traffic lanes that we use in a network, to send and receive different types of information. These traffic lanes need to be directed to your PC, to make sure you are correctly receiving all the data required to reliably connect to the Ubisoft servers.

Please note that although we can offer some general advice, port forwarding is different with every router. For this reason, we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider.
