No sure if you spot the problem in the video i upload, but there is a kind of flickering issue of the operators icon while they are moving.

Someone else had submit a ticket about the same problem on r6fix as well

Apologies about the confusion from Ubi-Viral there but the reward program is still available, however it's a little more subtle than that, therefore to find more information about it, click here.

In regards to the R6Fix website issue, have you possibly tried using Incognito mode on your browser or using any alternative connection, such as mobile data, just to see if it works?
