[2022] Console Bumper Shooting is Broken

Hello, shooting with the bumpers (R1) on PS5 in Siege and Extraction is an awful experience. It's hard to explain but it feels like you need to smash the bumper to get it to fire. Siege has been like that since the game came out on PS5. Which is the number one factor that led me to quit playing. I was hoping it was solved in extraction but it's the exact same. It's also not the controller it works great with every other shooter out there and I've tried different ones as well. My friends that shoot with R1 also have the same issue. Please look into it. We just can't enjoy playing like this.
