I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues on the game but as you are also having ping issues, please can you go through the connectivity troubleshooting found here.

Since that troubleshooting had no impact on you, we will need to collect a bit more detailed information from you.

First, please find a game replay where you experienced these connection issues and take a screenshot of the full scoreboard for me. Reply to this post with the screenshot once you have it ready.

After that, I will need to know the data center you connect to when starting the game, and the data centers you connect to when you start matchmaking. If there are multiple, please give me a full list.

Finally, you will need to open a support ticket with us on our website, and attach copies of your basic system files there for me to review.

They will help us isolate the Issue, by checking what is happening in the system when the problem occurs.
