[2020] Missing Operators (sent here by support)

I am missing my Y3 operators. I have contacted Ubi Support, they said go to Xbox, Xbox support said go to ubi, ubi said go to Xbox again or say something here and ask the devs. They say they cant give my the operators or r6 credits or renown, but I still dont have the operators and I cant afford to buy them again. Please help?
