I queued for a ranked match and sat there for 6 minutes waiting for a game. When i decided to just play a different game, it wouldn't let me leave the queue. Turns out i was in a game just stuck in the menu screen? I relaunched r6 and it told me i could reconnect to my ongoing ranked match. When i tried to do that, i continued to sit there for another 3 minutes to no avail. Decided to restart my computer and try again, but to the same result. Looks like i'm taking the ban and loss of elo for this

Also, there is an all chat active with 3 other guys, who are stuck in the queue as well. this is so frustrating. 2nd placement match and I already get my MMR trashed by Ubisoft. great
We are aware this can still happen unfortunately but haven't got any updates on this just yet. I apologise for any inconvenience.
