Hello there, I was in the middle of a ranked match in Oregon while all of a sudden in my second round I got a connectivity issue. I waited for the game to disconnect so I can rejoin, but as soon as the main menu popped up, I was treated nicely with this message given in the picture. It didn't even give me a chance to click anything and I was instantly sanctioned for absolutely no reason. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Because this is definitely my first time. Please help me here, thanks.undefined

@ayazami_ I'm sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately, Ubisoft Support is unable to lift these temporary sanctions. As far as the disconnect, did you receive any specific error messages?

Most of the time, these connectivity issues can be solved by following our troubleshooting guide here. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

@ayazami_ Hey! Thank you for your reply and sorry to hear that you have received another sanction. You mention that you have already manually set your Data Center. Did you open the text file as an Admin to change this?

In regard to the authentication process, I am afraid that this is not something we are able to share in order to maintain the integrity of the game.

@nekomilk-ahegao @T_WhiteWolf Hi there, and again, I'm sorry to hear that you received these sanctions. As stated, Support cannot remove these sanctions, or restore MMR or rank, as they are all issued server-side over an automated system. However, I am happy to forward this feedback to our Rainbow Six Siege team.

Hello everyone, thanks for commenting on your abandon sanctions.

If you happened to have experienced a lag spike in-game, then got disconnected along with your whole team and received an abandon sanction, this is something we are currently investigating.

If the whole lobby didn't disconnect for you, then we will need to troubleshoot this for you personally, as you are experiencing a separate issue to the one under investigation.
