There are a few requirements described in the guide above that you will and your friends will need to meet first, in order to be able to receive the rewards.

Rewards should be granted within 24 hours when requirements are met.

We will need the names of the friends you played with, as well as the match ID's of the matches you played with them if you can make a note of these or grab a screenshot

An investigation is open and ongoing into these reported issues regarding progress not being correctly tracked, this is a known issue to the team.

The system is not intentionally designed to only apply progress in some cases and should be counting toward every applicable match, hence the investigation.

When more information is available from this investigation, we'll let you guys know here.

@DokiDokiWang thank you for the question! This issue has definitely been reported and our teams are working on fixing it for us. To check, can you provide us with your friends' Ubisoft usernames? Also, if you have the Match IDs for the matches you've played with them, that would be super helpful too!
