Here's my problem. While playing Rainbow 6 everything is fine for let's say 2 matches, but after that my SHIFT and D keys start to glich out and work like 30% of the time. It's not only in the game but also outside of it. Web browser, word, sticky notes. It's still bugged. But then, when I exit the game, everything goes back to normal like nothing's happened.
I even tried different keyboard since my 1st thought was "Oh no. My keyboard is broken".

Other games are fine, the keys are working as intended. Reinstalling the game doesn't fix the problem.

This is so annoying since I can't sprint, scan, move right or even type properly. You have no idea how often you use right movement untill you're unable to do it. At the worst case scenario I'll just rebind it to something different and will have to get used to it.

Hello there, aleksandronix! I'm terribly sorry to hear about this. There may be a few causes to this, but the first which come to mind are system performance. Could you give the troubleshooting steps found within this FAQ, to ensure your system is operating smoothly?

It may also help to ensure that any unnecessary background applications are disabled while playing.

Hello aleksandronix, thank you for getting back to us.

One of the reasons we ask to disable all background apps, is to prevent any extra strain on your computer and memory leakage when running the game side by side. This can happen if you are someone who uses the alt and tab buttons a lot to swap between running programs that are open.

In this case we recommend disabling these programs. The following types of software can also cause unknown behaviour and interfere with some of our games controls too -

Full Screen Game Overlays - Overwolf / Geforce Experience
VoIP and Chat services - TeamSpeak / Mumble / Discord / Skype / Raptr
RGB controllers - Razer Synapse / SteelSeries Engine / Logitech G Hub / Corsair iCue
Overclocking Software - EVGA Precision X / MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner / ASUS GPU Tweak / ASUS Smart Doctor / Gamer OSD
Hardware monitoring - MSI Kombuster / Fraps / MSI Dragon Center
Streaming software - OBS, Xsplit Gamecaster
Peer to Peer software - BitTorrent / uTorrent
VPN - Hamachi

Please try to disable any of these programs that may be running in the background (the list is not exhaustive) and try playing the game by itself, with nothing else running in the background, to rule out if these programs are causing conflict and glitches with your control scheme first.

This guide should show you how to do this correctly and perform a clean boot - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/Article/000063761

I'm sorry to hear that.

We'd like to investigate this further with you. Could you submit your system files to us on a support case please?

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

MSInfo
DxDiag

Thanks.
