[2020] Got Platinum in Y4S4, however I did not recive my seasonl rank charm

I have played Rinbow Six on and of since season 4 Red Crow and have never had any problems with my ranked rewards. I got platinum Y4S4 and decided to take a smal break from the game. When I started playing again a week ago, I noticed that I did not recive my ranked charm for Y4S4 Shifting Tides. Any help will be appriciated.
