I wanted to purchase some R6 credits to buy some exclusive time limited content in Rainbow Six Siege but I'm not able to use or choose the Steam wallet which I always used to purchase content and games from Ubisoft. Is there any fixes for this issue?

We are aware of this issue and it is actively being investigated.

At the moment there is not a time frame for when this will be resolved, however any updates on this issue will be posted on the forums.

Hi there everyone thanks for posting about being unable to make a transaction via Steam for credits or other in game items.

We are still looking into this issue at the moment, we know some players are unable to make a purchase as the continue button is greyed out for them during the payment process.

I am unsure if the Lunar Skins availability dates will be extended at this point, as we have not had any communication about this yet but we will pass on your feedback about that, usually these skins are made available every year seasonally.

If possible would you be all be able to tell me your region and date and time (including timezone) when you last attempted to make a purchase in the game? I would like to pass these details onto the team investigating a fix.

The issue regarding purchases via Steam should now be resolved, sorry for the inconvenience caused!

We don't have any information regarding limited skins being brought back however, sorry to disappoint!
