[2020] UMP45 Division Skin for Siege Not Working

So I own both games. But I cannot unlock the Division Weapon Skin Reward because it keeps saying I have to Own the Division. But I do. Please fix this. I submitted a request by email almost a week ago with no response at all. I was able to unlock the Rainbow Six outfit in The Division, so Division knows I own Siege but it's not working the other way around. What gives???

Hey Supa,

Sorry for the delayed response. I'm glad you were able to get it figured out. For others who may have the same question, getting The Division weapon skin in Rainbow Six Siege requires you to play through the first few missions of The Division.

Sorry for our delay in replying to you about this.
Looking on your account, the skin still seems to be linked. If you have no access to it in game, can you post images showing it is redeemed on your account, but is not in your inventory.

Regretfully you are unable to obtain rewards for playing/owning specific games by playing the trial versions.

You will find that some rewards from the Club are unavailable in-game while we prepare to change the Club and Uplay PC into Ubisoft Connect on the 27th October.
