We will be providing the compensation when the fix for the Ruby Weapon Skin goes live. We do not currently have an exact date when this will go live, as it is proving to be a more difficult issue to tackle than initially expected. We do appreciate your patience while we work on this. Thank you!

This will apply to all PC users who purchased the Ruby Weapon Skin initially.. Uplay and Steam.

UPDATE 04/11: We have deployed a fix to resolve the issue with the Ruby Skin on PC. The below compensation plan is now rolling out to players.

Update: We will be deploying a patch next week that will grant users access to the Ruby Weapon Skin that they previously purchased. The Ruby Weapon Skin may not be available in the store immediately following deployment of this patch.

How do I qualify for the Pro League?

• NA PC/Xbox: You have to play in the first 3 Go4 Cups (#1, #2, #3) to get as many points as possible. The Top 8 teams from the Go4 Ranking will be invited to the Rainbow Six Pro League!
• EU PC: You have to play in the first 3 Go4 Cups (#1, #2, #3) to get as many points as possible. The Top 5 teams from the Go4 Ranking will be invited to the Rainbow Six Pro League!
• EU Xbox: You have to play in the first 3 Go4 Cups (#1, #2, #3) to get as many points as possible. The Top 6 teams from the Go4 Ranking will be invited to the Rainbow Six Pro League!

Thank you for the report. We are looking into this.

X1: To enter a custom match that is set to invite only, one user has to go in Dashboard -> friends tab and send a game invite to the desired player.

PS4/PC:The user that creates the custom match has to go into the Squad Menu and Invite Players from there. Please note that is imperative that the user is actually in the lobby for the custom match.

*We have noticed that there is a bug when inviting to an invite only match on PC. If you start the custom match with a 5 player squad, your friends will not get a notification. Start the custom match with a 4 player squad and then invite your friends once the match has been created.

We plan on supporting the game for quite some time. We are in it for the long haul, right next to all of you!

No. PS4 users will only be able to play against other PS4 users. Same goes for XB1 and PC.
