There is a lack of buttons. We may take a look at making an adjustment in the future, but it is not currently a priority.

Went there, that only directs you to FAQs. Which doesn't help at all.
When you type in "report cheating" you get a FAQ to patch notes

I redeemed my copy of Rainbow Six: Siege on Steam, as of such I feel touched by the issues regarding the Fire Ruby Weapon Skin.
Do I understand correct when the R6 credits and free skin involves all Steam users?
