I submitted a case about my account possibly getting hijacked and banned from Rainbow Six Siege on the 14th of this month (October) and awaited to still no response from the support team. Is this normal? I had seen multiple threads on people having to wait for a pretty long duration before their cases were closed due to inactivity. I did spent money on the game 4 days before all this happened, but I had read somewhere that refunds may not be available on games that the user was banned on and that the user is not responsible for the hijacking or hacking of their account, so I'd pretty much flushed ~$60 down the drain. If my account could get unbanned, or I could receive a refund for the money spent, that would be appreciated.

Our teams are experiencing a high contact volume here recently which can result in delays in updating your case. However please rest assured that your ticket is not forgotten, and if you do find that a ticket has closed due to inactivity you can re-open your ticket at any time.
