[2020] Article 5 Weapon Skin

If you are missing the skin, I would advise raising a ticket on our website and attaching a screenshot showing the completed situations.

Our dev team are currently investigating reports of players not receiving the weapon skin, after completing all Situations.

Please leave this with us for the time being, we are working towards a fix!

If you are missing any Ubisoft rewards or challenges on some of our modern titles, this is due to the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect.

More details on this transition can be found here.

A full transition over to Connect has taken longer than originally planned and encountered some issues, but we have a banner posted on our support site (you'll see it in red at the top of the page if you are signed in) to keep players informed we're aware of the issue, and this will be removed once it is sorted.

Hi, just a quick update to this situation -

We recently made a post about this in our Ubisoft Connect part of the forums and our Ubisoft Connect Twitter account.

Hello everyone,

For anyone still missing the Bartlett University skin for completing the Article 5 Situations mission, could you please try completing Article 5 again and do not skip any cinematics before and after completion.

If this does not work, you will need to contact our support pages for help with this, regarding a piece of missing content from your game.

When you contact us, you will need to provide a full, uncropped screenshot of you logged into Siege, showing the situations completed with 3 stars and Article 5 completed.
