Self explanatory by the image, can't launch Siege at all because UbiCon is constantly stuck at "Initializing", i have already tried doing the "run as administrator" stuff, still doesn't help and still stuck on this, with 3 reinstalls of UbiCon done, really don't want to reinstall the 90gb of game files (that devs should really compress even further, but hey it's ubisoft)

If this does not solve your issue - I know this is not ideal, but I would definitely advise an uninstall and reinstall of the game itself.
