[2021] Ban system messed up.

I got permanitly banned for so called "Toxic Behavior" but idk what I have did wrong and why did it automatically go to perma ban and not a 7 day ban. I would like to request at the very least a 15 day ban or less but I do not deserve a permanet ban for a 1st offense. Please fix this issue.

Hey guys, we can look into reports and see if you were indeed toxic. If we're able to confirm toxicity, we will not lift the ban.

We cannot go into specifics but all bans are only processed after a thorough internal investigation based on the offender's in-game behavior. As we have evidence you were toxic in-game, we are unable to lift the ban.
